They always say breakfast is the most important meal. Yes, it’s true of course! It is your charger for the day. Fueling you up to get you working for the day.
A busy day sometimes keeps us from having breakfast. We sometimes forget to do the necessary things because we are busy with other things.
Take a break.
Maybe put some things aside for a while. Something that is in the lowest part of your priority. Make yourself a nice breakfast. Sit for a couple of minutes (do not rush) eat and take a breathing break.
Best if you eat with someone. Maybe a friend, lover, or family.
Amazing how the small things can really make a big difference.
